3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Standard Refund Period

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You are eligible for a full refund if:

3.2 Subscription Plans Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Refunds available within 14 days of the first payment
  • After 14 days, you can cancel but no refund for the current month
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No partial month refunds

Annual Subscriptions:

  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on unused months
  • Minimum 50% of the subscription period must remain unused
  • Processing fee of 10% may apply for annual plan refunds after 14 days

3.3 Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades (Basic → Pro → Ultimate):

  • Price difference is charged immediately
  • Full access to new plan features starts immediately
  • No refunds for upgraded plans within the first 14 days of upgrade

Downgrades (Ultimate → Pro → Basic):

  • Take effect at the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for the current billing period
  • You retain access to current plan until downgrade is effective

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

Free Trial Conversions

  • No refunds after free trial period ends (cancellation only)

Course Completion

  • Courses where you have completed more than 30% of content
  • Courses where you have received a certificate of completion

Downloaded Materials

  • Any courses where downloadable resources have been accessed
  • PDF workbooks, templates, or bonus materials that have been downloaded

One-Time Purchases

  • Individual course purchases (separate refund policy applies)
  • Certification exams
  • Add-on services

Promotional and Discounted Plans

  • Services purchased at discounted rates
  • Limited-time promotional offers
  • Bundle packages with special pricing

Renewed Subscriptions

  • Automatic subscription renewals after the first billing cycle
  • Second and subsequent billing periods

Partial Usage

  • Partial month or period refunds for subscriptions
  • Time-based refunds for unused days

Violations

  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
